Hello and welcome to my space.
I am Natalia Ravdina. I’m a teacher, educator, specialist in the psycho-emotional developmental approach based on attachment theory — and a mother. My work brings together scientific knowledge and lived experience to support parents, educators, and professionals in understanding and nurturing children’s emotional worlds.
I am a graduate of Gordon Neufeld Institute training programs (Canada) and hold degrees from the Moscow Institute of Psychology (Russia) and Moscow City Pedagogical University, in addition to which I have completed various professional development programs.
I began my career as a teacher and later led educational projects in an international company. The birth of my daughter deepened my interest in child psychology and inspired me to focus on Dr. Gordon Neufeld’s attachment-based developmental approach, which now forms the foundation of my practice.
In my work, I combine a scientific perspective with empathy and a deep understanding of children’s natural development. I help adults build conscious, nurturing relationships with children — relationships in which attachment becomes the foundation for growth, independence, and emotional well-being.
