Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of issues do you work with?

I work with parents who are concerned about changes or ongoing challenges in their child’s behaviour or emotional well-being. Common topics include: aggression, anxiety, difficulties listening or cooperating, clinginess, impulsivity, school or preschool adjustment, sibling conflict, attention challenges, and major life transitions such as parental separation or moving homes.

How long is a consultation?

A standard consultation lasts 50 minutes. The first meeting is 1 hour and 15 minutes, with no difference in price.

What happens during a consultation?

You’ll share what concerns you about your child’s behaviour or your relationship with them. Together, we’ll look at the situation through the attachment-based developmental lens, explore what may be contributing to the difficulties, and outline steps that can help shift the situation, strengthen your connection, and support positive changes in your child’s behaviour.

How many consultations will I need?

Sometimes one or two sessions are enough to clarify the situation and create a practical plan.
In other cases, we may meet three to five times to explore the situation more fully and develop broader recommendations for your child’s development.
Some families also find it helpful to continue with occasional follow-up sessions — simply to check in and stay on track.

How much is your fee?

The fee for a consultation is 50 euros.

Does my child need to be present?

No — your child does not need to be present, at least not for the first session.

Do you offer consultations online or in person?

At the moment, I offer online consultations. In-person sessions will be available soon.

What other forms of support do you offer?

In addition to one-on-one consultations, I also facilitate small group sessions and deliver lectures or presentations adapted to your audience’s goals and interests.
