How can I help?

Parents (and sometimes other adults) reach out to me when they are concerned about what is happening — or what has recently changed — in their child’s behavior or in family relationships more broadly.

I work within an attachment-based psycho-emotional developmental paradigm, integrating it with tools drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodrama, art therapy, and other approaches.

Client Testimonials

Alexandra B. Mother of a son

I’ve been working with Natasha for almost five years — practically since my son was born (he’s almost seven now). Over this time, she has become my guide in practicing gentle and mindful parenting.

Natasha always explains, calmly and clearly, what might be behind a child’s behavior, why certain reactions happen, and what can be done in specific situations. I love that she doesn’t give ready-made “solutions,” but instead helps me understand the logic, reasons, and needs — both my child’s and my own. She also comes up with many creative, playful ways to address challenges.

What I appreciate most is how gently Natasha works not only with children, but with parents too. She always validates my feelings, helps me see things from a new perspective, and notice not just the difficulties, but also what I’m already doing well.

I highly recommend her to any parent who values respectful relationships with their children and wants to support their own emotional well-being.
