About me
My name is Natalia Ravdina. I am a teacher, lecturer, and specialist in psycho-emotional development based on attachment theory.

How can I help?
Parents (and sometimes other adults) reach out to me when they are concerned about what is happening — or what has recently changed — in their child’s behavior or in family relationships more broadly.
I work within an attachment-based psycho-emotional developmental paradigm, integrating it with tools drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodrama, art therapy, and other approaches.
