About me

My name is Natalia Ravdina. I am a teacher, lecturer, and specialist in psycho-emotional development based on attachment theory.

Active practitioner

My professional background that supports my work:

PhD in Philology, English language teacher, former Regional Director of Educational Projects at an international company, with expertise in intercultural and multilingual communication.

How can I help?

Parents (and sometimes other adults) reach out to me when they are concerned about what is happening — or what has recently changed — in their child’s behavior or in family relationships more broadly.

I work within an attachment-based psycho-emotional developmental paradigm, integrating it with tools drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodrama, art therapy, and other approaches.

Client Testimonials

Feedback on the consultation game for adults:
"Children's Behaviour as a Trigger for Adult Emotions"

Sasha, mother of five children: 15, 9, 6 and 3 year old and 11 months:

I came across the workshop-game "Children's Behaviour as a Trigger for Adult Emotions" almost by chance, but it turned out to be so much more than I expected.

Natalia created an incredibly warm, welcoming, and safe space where I could simply be myself—not just as a mother, but as a woman with her own feelings, challenges, questions, and vulnerabilities. I felt genuinely listened to and supported, and it was so valuable to hear different perspectives and personal experiences from others in the group.

What I loved most was the format itself. It wasn't only about children and emotions. It was also about connection, mutual support, and having a chance to pause, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself. It reminded me that I'm not alone in the feelings and situations I face.

I truly believe that many women would benefit from experiences like this. These kinds of workshops help bring important inner processes into awareness, offer new insights, and leave you feeling inspired and replenished.

Personally, I came away with several powerful insights that I continue to reflect on. Thank you, Natalia, for creating such a meaningful and heartfelt experience.
